What can i name my new male bichon puppy?

I want something fairly traditional that can be shortened for example alfie! But im not 100% sure about alfie! Just looking for ideas thanks x

Reply:dogs have a short atention span and memory and the longer the name is the less they listen to. they only hear the fist 3 to 4 letters and the rest is out the other ear. the simpler there name is the better they respond i named mine bae bae and he knows it and the the other is lilly and she some time responds to it so now i sam girl and thar works better. also higher pitched syllabals they tend to hear better
