How does it sound to you? After all, you are the one who will be using this name to talk about, with or to your child, for the rest of "your life" and he or she will still be using it. Decide on a name that you feel is suited for your child, a name that they will also be happy with going through their school years, not one that they will be teased or picked on because of. I think the name you have chosen is a lovely one, but what you think is what matters the most.





Hey Angel, how about Leighla instead of Layla? I've never been fond of the name Layla, but Lee spelled differently and with the la is unique. Just a thought as I've said above. Congratulations to you both.
