Do you write Jim and Jody Smith Jr? or Do you write Jim Jr and Jody Smith?

What is the proper way to write a married couples name if the male is a jr?
I was always taught Mr. %26amp; Mrs. Jim Smith Jr.





It's also how we address letters to our clients.
Reply:jim jr and jody smith, women now have their name written seperately even if its mrs ping liu and mr du feng liu as women are equal and not a mans possession, jody smith is not a jr she is not jody smiths daughter
